DIY Headband

So I've been getting many compliments on this headband and decided it wouldn't hurt to reveal my secret. It took me all of ten seconds but looks so chic! Here's how: You'll need a

  • Hair Ribbon- These can be purchased at fabric stores in unlimited amounts of sizes and colors. You'll need no more than one yard.
  • Flower- F21 is a great supplier of these but you can also make them your self easily. Just make sure your flower and ribbon coordinate in color and texture.
  • And you'll need a bobby pin or barrette to attach the flower.
Tie the ribbon around your head. You may have to tie it twice to prevent it from sliding. This is great because you don't have to worry about the headband not fitting the shape of you head or being too tight behind your ears.
Place the flower on the side of the headband opposite your part. Secure with a bobby pin. And viola! You're headband is now complete.
